By using Neeti, you agree to these terms. Plain language — no deliberate confusion, no buried surprises.
Neeti is a platform operated by Naeris, the company behind the Neeti product and the Aevra studio. By creating an account or using Neeti in any form, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These terms apply to all users — Free, Student, and Pro — across all features including CareerKit and CardStudio.
- One account per person. No sharing logins or credentials.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Naeris is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your credential mismanagement.
- You must be 13 or older to use Neeti. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has given permission.
- Provide a real, working email address. Account notices, billing receipts, and service communications are sent there.
You agree not to use Neeti to:
- Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or harmful to any person or group
- Impersonate any person, company, or institution — including in resumes or cover letters
- Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract content or data from the platform
- Attempt to overload, attack, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying prompts, models, or logic of the platform
- Resell or sublicense access to Neeti without explicit written permission from Naeris
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including in payment or identity details
Naeris reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity.
You own what you generate. Cover letters, resumes, emails, and cards created using Neeti's AI tools are yours to use without restriction, including for commercial purposes.
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or content that is not unique to you. Neeti does not guarantee that any generated output is factually correct, legally sound, plagiarism-free, or appropriate for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content before using it — especially for job applications, professional communication, or any high-stakes purpose.
Naeris is not liable for any outcome — including rejection, reputational damage, or missed opportunity — arising from your use of AI-generated content. For the full disclaimer, see our AI Output Disclaimer.
By submitting content through Neeti, you grant Naeris a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely to deliver the service. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell or share it.
- The Free tier is genuinely free — no credit card required, no expiry.
- Paid plans (Student ₹49/month, Pro ₹149/month) auto-renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime in Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access continues until then.
- Refund policy: Refunds are available within 7 days of a new paid subscription charge, provided fewer than 10 credits from your paid allocation have been consumed since the moment of upgrade. Free-tier credits used before upgrading are not counted — only credits consumed after your upgrade timestamp are evaluated. Once 10 or more paid credits have been used, the subscription is considered utilized and the charge is non-refundable. After 7 days, refunds are considered case-by-case only for double charges, service outages, or post-cancellation charges.
- Prices may change. Naeris will notify you at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
- All prices include applicable Indian GST. No hidden fees.
- Payments are processed by Instamojo, an RBI-authorized payment gateway. Naeris does not store your card or bank details.
AI credits are a monthly allocation that resets on your billing date. Credits do not roll over to the next month. Unused credits at the end of a billing period are forfeited. Editing a card or document does not consume credits — only new AI generations do.
Naeris reserves the right to adjust credit costs per generation, with notice on this page and via email for material changes.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings — no questions asked. Deletion removes your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (payment records: 7 years under Indian tax law).
Naeris may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. We will warn you first unless the violation is serious — fraud, harassment, illegal use, or systematic abuse of the platform.
Neeti is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Naeris is not liable for:
- Lost opportunities, rejections, or professional outcomes from AI-generated content
- Service outages caused by upstream providers (Gemini API, Supabase, Vercel, Instamojo)
- Inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in AI-generated content
- Data loss due to user-side issues (device failure, account deletion, expired card links)
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
Naeris's total liability to you is limited to the total amount you paid to Naeris in the 12 months prior to the claim. If you used the Free tier, our liability is limited to ₹0. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
All original content on the Neeti platform — including the interface design, codebase, prompts, card engine, component systems, brand identity, copy, and visual assets — is the exclusive property of Naeris and is protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
Neeti, by Aevra is an original work of Naeris, first published in 2026.
CareerKit™ and CardStudio™ are proprietary product names of Naeris.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
You may not:
- Copy, clone, or replicate the Neeti platform design, codebase, or product structure
- Use the Neeti, Aevra, or Naeris names, logos, or marks without written permission
- Claim ownership of, or attempt to register, any trademark or IP belonging to Naeris
- Extract, scrape, or reconstruct any proprietary system prompt, AI chain, or generation logic
Content you generate using Neeti (your resumes, cards, letters) belongs to you. The platform that generated it belongs to Naeris.
If Naeris makes material changes — changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations — we will email you at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of Neeti after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Minor edits (clarifications, typos, formatting) are posted here with an updated date and do not require advance notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of Neeti shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu.
We will always attempt to resolve disputes informally first. Email neetibyaevra@gmail.com — we typically respond within 24 hours and most issues resolve without escalation.
