Your data,
explained plainly
Neeti is operated by Naeris. We collect the minimum needed to run the platform. Here is exactly what that means.
Neeti is a platform operated by Naeris, a company based in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu, India. Naeris is the data controller for all personal information collected through Neeti. The Aevra studio is an internal design and product team within Naeris — not a separate legal entity.
For all privacy-related matters, contact us at neetibyaevra@gmail.com.
- To provide the service — authenticate your account, track credits, generate AI content using your inputs, store your history.
- To process payments — verify subscription status, issue refunds, maintain billing records as required by Indian tax law.
- To improve the platform — aggregate, anonymized usage patterns only. We do not use individual generation inputs for model training or product development.
- To communicate with you — account notices, billing receipts, service updates, and policy change notifications. No marketing emails without explicit opt-in.
- To enforce terms — detect abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service using usage logs.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. The only third parties who receive any portion of your data are infrastructure providers necessary to run the platform:
Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and data processing terms. Google Gemini's API terms state that inputs are not used to train models. Razorpay is RBI-authorized and PCI-DSS compliant.
Your data is stored on Supabase servers. Supabase operates data centers in multiple regions. We configure storage for the closest available region to India.
- Account data — retained until you delete your account. Deletion removes your data within 30 days.
- Payment records — retained for 7 years as required under Indian tax law, even after account deletion.
- Generation inputs — retained while your account is active. Deleted with your account.
- Session data — expires automatically. Not retained beyond the session window.
We implement standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and row-level security policies in Supabase. No system is perfectly secure — if you discover a vulnerability, please report it to neetibyaevra@gmail.com.
Under the Indian IT Act 2000 and SPDI Rules 2011, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data Naeris holds about you
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion — delete your account and associated data at any time in Settings
- Withdrawal of consent — stop using the platform at any time; we will not continue processing your data beyond legal retention obligations
To exercise any of these rights, email neetibyaevra@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy Request". We respond within 7 business days.
Neeti uses minimal browser storage. We use session tokens stored in secure cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
Google Fonts loads typography assets from Google's CDN. This may result in a request to Google's servers when you visit Neeti. No personally identifiable information is transmitted in this request.
Neeti is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us at neetibyaevra@gmail.com and we will delete the account promptly.
If Naeris makes material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Neeti after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available at this URL.
For privacy questions, data requests, or concerns, contact Naeris at neetibyaevra@gmail.com with "Privacy" in the subject line. We respond within 7 business days.
