All prices include GST. Yearly plans are billed as a single charge. No hidden fees. The Free tier requires no credit card and never expires.

How payments work

Payments are processed by Instamojo, an RBI-authorized payment gateway. Neeti never stores your card number, CVV, or banking credentials.
Monthly plans auto-renew on your billing date each month. Yearly plans auto-renew annually.
You will receive a receipt by email after every charge.
To cancel, go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused days.
If your payment fails, we retry for 3 days before downgrading your account to the Free tier. Your data and history are preserved.

Refund policy

Refunds are available within 7 days of a new paid subscription charge, subject to credit usage. The system calculates only paid credits consumed after your upgrade — free-tier credits used before upgrading are excluded from this calculation.

How refund eligibility is calculated

At the moment you upgrade, the system records a snapshot: credits_used_at_upgrade

When you request a refund: paid_credits_used = total_credits_used − credits_used_at_upgrade

If paid_credits_used < 10 and the request is within 7 days → refund approved

If paid_credits_used ≥ 10 → service considered utilized → not eligible

Used 28 free credits before upgrade
Used 15 credits after upgrade
paid_credits_used = 15 → ✗ Not eligible

After 7 days: Refunds are considered case-by-case only for verifiable errors — duplicate charges, charges after cancellation, or extended service outages (more than 24 hours of downtime). These are reviewed manually within 3 business days.

Requesting a refund

To request a refund, email neetibyaevra@gmail.com with subject line "Refund Request". Include your registered email address and the approximate date of the charge. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method via Instamojo.

Do not raise a chargeback before contacting us — we always respond and resolve genuine refund requests
Chargebacks raised without prior contact may result in account suspension
Refunds for yearly plans follow the same 7-day / 10 paid-credit rule applied at the annual charge date

Security & compliance

Instamojo is authorized by the Reserve Bank of India. All payment data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Naeris does not have access to your raw card or bank details at any point.
